Soooooo if anyone's gone to a chiropractor before, or knows someone who has, and has nothing but good stories to tell of how all their back pain miraculously went away without medication, on which I am not keen, please share. Somewhere along the line, I gathered the impression that chiropractics would hurt more than help and I'm pretty sure I'm wrong, maybe, but I'm to the point with my back that I'd probably be willing to let someone align my chakras if I thought it would help (and someone mentioning chakras in yoga class is enough to make me strain something rolling my eyes).
Anyway, assurance that chiropractor is a legit thing we're doing these days and not some New Age-y psuedo-medical quakery, I'd appreciate it.
