I'd actually really like to read your thoughts on Regulus, especially after reading "In Essence Divided" but I can wait :D I always think of him as being a little Machiavelli, devoted to the theory of "the end justifies the means", who is unfortunately emotionally stunted. I can't actually ship him with anyone because he's perpetually 11 to me, 11 and playing Battleship (except I totally dig on Regulus/Remus with a side of insanely jealous Sirius. Tell no one.)

The girlfriend thing :D In my head everything Sirius does is to protect Remus and this somehow makes sense to him. "How do I fix having kissed Remus? *thinks* I know!" For as bright as he is, he gets more things wrong than right (emotionally), which is me trying to keep him a Black brother.
