For the most part, I work one Saturday a year in August but we're testing our new system and I was one of the lucky chosen few who got to work today. It's a lot of hurry up and wait and a lot of "so we'll do it like this oh that won't work let's talk this out for the next hour". My boss was really lovely this morning and brought us doughnuts and "I'm so glad you're here!" and joking with everyone and then his switch flipped after lunch and he was suddenly "I hate every single last one of you stop talking before I kill you with my mind."
