i'll only be able to stay until i finish my studies (unless they offer me a permanent full-time position :D), but it's pretty great. i was so close to quitting around this time last year, and again come september. the only reason i didn't quit in september was because a) i didn't want to leave my one good coworker behind to deal with the crap because she's really lovely and has been 150% behind me and supportive and b) i knew that the two remaining toxic people would be leaving by the end of october.
i'll be handing my thesis in november 2nd! so i have six months to write it. :D
oh, i'm sorry to hear that :( here's to the doc saying go for it, so you can get back to doing it :D it always sucks having to give up something you really enjoy, so i hope it works out. :)
