Dominic lies on the couch with his eyes closed. He's in that happy state of almost-asleep-with-the-sun-on-my-belly that has him softly smiling and more than a little drowsy, with one arm stretched out and off the couch, the other tucked under his head as a pillow. The soft music that was on the stereo has ended but he barely registers it, daydreaming instead.

Billy is near, he knows. Had felt him drape the blanket over him earlier--turn on the music that was playing. He's hungry, but doesn't want to get up--doesn't want to disturb the pleasant images in his mind. Enjoys replaying his favorite moments--a game he used to play when he was a little boy to help him get to sleep. But now, instead of dreaming about games and visiting his grandma, he dreams of Billy. Always of Billy.
